Rustic Springs Ranch in Franklin County, East Texas, is built for groups. Our fully furnished homes and cabins host over 30 guests, the 6,000 sq. ft. party barn holds everyone for dinner and the evening after, and the hunting is out the back door. The ranch is under 2 hours from Dallas, so a corporate retreat or a group trip fits into a long weekend without a flight.
Companies use the ranch for client entertaining, sales retreats and team building. Friends and families use it for milestone trips, bachelor weekends and annual hunting camps. Either way, one call books the lodging, the meals, the guides and the hunts, and we run the details so you can be with your people.

The party barn
The party barn is where a group trip comes together. It has a commercial kitchen and a bar, a theater screen with a presentation system and high-speed internet for meetings, and a pool table, ping pong, darts and lighted axe-throwing lanes for after hours. Hold your morning session in the barn, hunt the afternoon, and cook steaks together that night.
Hunting for mixed groups
Not everyone in a group hunts, and not every hunter wants the same animal. Blackbuck and scimitar horned oryx are hunted year-round, axis in the spring and fall, fallow and red stag in the fall, and trophy whitetail in the general rifle season, so there is a hunt for every budget and every skill level. Non-hunters are welcome to stay, eat and enjoy the ranch. Every trophy hunt is fully guided and backed by our "No Shot Opportunity, No Pay" policy.
Group pricing
Trophy fees are listed on our hunting packages and prices page. Lodging and meals are $200 per person per day for ages 13 and up, and free for kids 12 and under. For groups, call us at 903-347-3808 for group rates and availability. A 50 percent deposit reserves your dates.
Exclusive use
For a company that wants the ranch as its own, Rustic Springs Ranch is available for a long-term corporate NNN lease with exclusive use of the property. Ask us for details.
